My height is 5’6” and my actual weight is 178 lb.
It took me a year and a half to lose 82 lb.
I’m actually a nutritionist, and i will be releasing diets soon. I work at a 24/7 gym.
My strategy was paleo diet and i did a lot of exercises like crossfit, insanity, dancing, kickboxing, i’ve just tried to move and get active.

8 months clean eating, cardio and so much water I cannot even tell you. I’m 48 pounds down (204-156) and stand at 5’7”. You can do it too :)
Just started lifting and circuits over the last two months using 30DS and light weights. Excited for the next chapter!
