ever-striving
1.68m tall / 5’6”
In the top 3 pictures, 282lb (128kg), body fat % around 52%
In the bottom 2 pictures, 216lb (98kg), body fat % around 33%
So 66lb / 30kg lost.
I was overweight for about 4 years. I was scared I was going to be unhealthy forever. I had pre-diabetes and high cholesterol. (Both now fixed).
I lost weight through educating myself about nutrition, lifting heavy weights, and eating like humans are designed to! (meat, eggs, fish, veges, fruits, nuts, yum!)
I am on this journey for life and will no doubt continue losing fat and gaining strength. I don’t really weigh myself any more so no longer have a weight goal.
I am happy & healthy & am finding peace with my body every day.
