8 months clean eating, cardio and so much water I cannot even tell you. I’m 48 pounds down (204-156) and stand at 5’7”. You can do it too :)  Just started lifting and circuits over the last two months using 30DS and light weights. Excited for the next chapter!

This is a Before & During 5’6.5”On the left (Spring 2011) I’m my highest: 200-5 lbs.On the right I am 175 lbs. It was  August 2013. I simply started eating healthier and real portion sizes, with some moderate exercise.The key is to want the change for yourself.I don’t ever want to go back there. I’ve been in the 170’s for a year and I’m determined to start weight loss again. I can’t even believe how big my face was. Best of all I feel more comfortable in my own skin and healthier.Though losing weight isn’t a new journey, I have just started my blog and I’m looking for those who want to exchange tips, workouts, healthy recipes, and support.
